All Pairfum products are 100% vegan, with one exception: Sachet. The Pairfum Scented Sachet uses a honeycomb foundation sheet which is made from only from pure beeswax. Beeswax is regarded as an animal product.

Question: Do you test your products on animals, as well as their raw material ?
Answer: No, we do not test our products nor our raw materials on animals.
Question: Do you buy from suppliers who test or outsource the tests?
Answer: When buying rawmaterials, we ensure that our suppliers do not test on animals themselves, nor that they outsource the testing of their raw materials.
Question: If you don't test on animals, what type of tests do you conduct?
Answer: We conduct all industry standard tests that do not involve animals. In addition, we do conduct consumer tests with our products.
Question: Do you have a "parent company" or a "minority shareholder" (e.g. L'Oréal, P&G, Coty, Unilever, Chanel, LVMH,...) or affiliated to another company that tests on animal products ?
Answer: We can confirm that our company is private owned and that we do not have any minority shareholders or affiliated companies that test on animals.
Question: Do you sell your products in China (where the tests on animals are mandatory) ?
Answer: Yes, we do sell Pairfum in China but only those products that do not require animal testing, such as Home Fragrance products, e.g. perfumed candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, scented sachets,
Question: Do you sponsor events with animal cruelty, e.g. rodeos, parades with animal skins, cattle raising, bull fights or any other type of animal fighting, hunting, ... ?
Answer: No, we do not sponsor or endorse this type of events.

We do not use any of the following ingredients:
- Animal flesh (meat, fowl, fish or shellfish)
- Meat, fish or bone stock/stock cubes
- Animal carcass fats (including suet, lard or dripping)
- Gelatine, aspic, gelatine based block or jelly crystals
- Battery or intensively produced eggs
- Royal Jelly
- Fur, leather, silk, down or wool
